It's Not All About the Doodles

I pulled out my felt this past week and made a few tree ornaments

There's no tree up so they're displayed for now on the fireplace wall.

Ironically I probably won't even attempt to put up a tree this year. Why? I don't think this little guy will leave it alone!

I mentioned back in March (link to post) getting some old handkerchiefs from my Mother that had belonged to my Grandmother. I've made a few things from a couple of them.

A couple of ATCs and a broach for dressing up a simple T-shirt.

Obviously most of my time is spent doodling, 

but I still love my fibers. As Christmas gets closer things will pick up with this medium. 

If only there were more hours in a day (and less distractions!)

Fiber Postcard

Recently I was visiting my mother and she gave me a sack full of my grandmother's old scarves, handkerchiefs, and crocheted doilies. My mind is swirling with the possibilities of these babies!
